Our boutique firm manages a select portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums in some of Las Vegas's most desirable areas. We focus exclusively on long-term leasing (6 month+), not short-term or vacation rentals. By keeping our portfolio intentionally smaller & longer term rentals, we're able to provide personalized attention, proactive communication, and a higher standard of service for our clients and residents alike.
